War-WindowsNoEditor_ResourcesRecoloredTech.pak contains everything in War-WindowsNoEditor_ResourcesRecolored.pak + recolored raw tech materials. I did this to prevent it from clashing with my tech mod.
Reason why I recolored only the raw materials was to prevent clashing with any other mods that reworked the refined version of each of these materials.
Don't combine War-WindowsNoEditor_ResourcesRecoloredTech.pak with my tech mod, a conflict between the mods might occur.
